D&S did an amazing job recovering our swivel rockers! From helping us choose fabric to Rob's amazing craftsmanship to incredible customer service! All around greatness!! Highly recommend!

D & S did an absolutely beautiful job reupholstering a beloved arm chair whose fabric had become worn torn. He answered texts promptly, provided a great, reasonable estimate for the work, guided me re the amount of fabric that would be needed to reupholster our arm chair and most importantly, did the work within a week which was beautifully done. Added pluses: he had a reasonable pick-up and delivery fee for work outside of the Salem-Roanoke area. I highly recommend Robert Dooley he is a master at his trade!

Recently, I called on D&S Custom Upholstery to create a slipcover for a
chaise lounge that was a favorite piece of furniture. Unfortunately, a spill
had left the fabric impossible to restore to its original finish. A D&S technician came to my home, had a look and said he would be able to make a slipcover for the chaise.

He removed the soiled fabric from the piece, reupholstered it in muslin which would provide a smooth surface for the slipcover to fit over. Then he created a slipcover for the cushion and the body of the chaise lounge.

Being a teacher of Interior Design at a community college, I had high expectations for the quality of the slipcover. I have to say, my expectations were exceeded!! I love it!!!

Excellent job based on what I gave them to work on. It was a tough repair on a chair from 1912. Job was done well and quickly and price was wonderful.

Had 3 bar stools reupholstered. They look great. I had no idea what kind of fabric to pick and Rob steered me in the right direction (ended up with Crypton fabric). Good communication, quick turnaround, and a fair price.

So D&s has done some work for me an I couldn't be happier Rob has done two motorcycle seats for me witch came out awesome I wouldn't let any one else to my upholstery work furniture motorcycle seats he does awesome work
